The Client

Lisa is a national consultant and coach who helps teams build trust, collaboration, and sustainable growth through her coaching programs. 

Synergy Coaching Collaborative  empowers individuals, teams, and leaders to grow with clarity, confidence, and purpose. Their work blends coaching, leadership development, and holistic well-being to create meaningful, lasting transformation. Their core audience includes accomplished women educators, leaders, and professionals in HR and EdTech who value growth, thoughtful leadership, and building positive, people-first cultures.

 
The Goal

Lisa came to me with a clear intention to create a brand identity that truly reflected the depth and impact of her work. She wanted a brand that clearly spoke to her target audience, felt credible and confident in the coaching and leadership space, and positioned her as a trusted resource for coaching, leadership, and team development. It was also important that the brand system felt flexible and capable of growing alongside their evolving offerings.

 
The Challenge

The main challenge was creating a brand that felt strong and sophisticated, while still warm and approachable. It needed to look professional and modern without feeling cold or overly corporate. The identity also had to feel energetic and dynamic, yet grounded and supportive, and work consistently across digital, print, and smaller applications. Most importantly, the brand needed room to grow without feeling restrictive.

 

The Solution (Strategic Approach)

We began by clarifying the foundation of the brand, including its purpose, values, and audience. From there, I focused on translating Synergy’s mission into a visual identity that felt intentional, cohesive, and aligned with their work. The strategy centered on positioning Synergy as confident, credible, and human, creating a logo system rather than a single logo to allow for adaptability, and using shape, movement, and typography to visually represent growth, connection, and momentum. Every design decision was guided by how the brand needed to show up in real-world applications.

 
Moodboard and Visual Direction

The visual direction is bold, modern, and sophisticated, with an underlying sense of movement and flow. Clean, contemporary typography was chosen to establish trust and professionalism, while circular forms were used to symbolize integration, connection, and continuous growth. The overall aesthetic feels refined yet energetic, supporting a brand that is both empowering and forward-moving.

The ripple in the logo represents the ripple effect Synergy Coaching has personal growth, positive influences in relationships and lasting impact.

 

The Result

The final brand identity includes a bold, modern primary logo, secondary and simplified logo variations, circular logo options for social media and small use cases, and a cohesive visual system designed to work consistently across brand touchpoints. Together, these elements create a brand that feels clear, confident, and ready to grow.
