Journaling is a great tool stay present. Spending 10-15 minutes a day sitting down to write a journal can help you stay grounded. I created these six free journal prompts to share on social media.
1. What makes you happy right now?
2. List the things that get you out of your head.
3. List the songs that make you want to move.
4. What do you feel, smell, hear, taste and see in this moment?
5. Who comes to mind when you hear the word community? (tag your friend, family, mentors, etc)
6. List the things you like to do that don't involve technology.
